CTC (the Combined Therapy Cocktail) is a transformational therapy that utilises a range of intentionally selected elements from modalities including but not limited to NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping) and Time Line Therapy to form a tried and tested form of therapy accredited with the International Institute of Complimentary Therapies. CTC helps you to cut through the beliefs, emotions and stories that are stopping you from taking that next right step, into your power.

How CTC Therapy Works
We will meet online for 2-2.5 hours for your session. We will work through your CTC list together utilising tools from NLP, EFT (tapping), Reiki, Hypnotic Meditation, Timeline therapy and more, releasing the ties to negative emotions and patterns, and embracing a new and empowered way of being.
Following our session we are only looking forward giving no more energy to the CTC list (in fact we will be throwing it away). You will also receive an opportunity to set new goals for your life and support strategies to embrace your new normal.
