Why might you benefit from a coach?

Are you working in a helping/caring/space holding profession and are  feeling exhausted, stressed and perhaps even questioning your career?

Do you get home and find work worries follow you, making it hard to enjoy time with your family, friends, hobbies, pets, LIFE?

Are you wanting to focus more on LIFE and flip the script to a LIFE/work balance rather than the other way around?

Do you feel like you’re trying to do it all alone?

We spend far too much time in our life wishing things were different. We also often feel like we have to work through it all alone but you truly don’t.

Coaching offers you a safe and supportive container to reclaim your life, rediscover the amazing and varied choices available to you and live life on your terms. Together we  can set meaningful and achievable goals while exploring a range of areas in your life including yourcareer, finances, relationships, self care and spirituality.

Sound like just what you need to reclaim yourself? Keep reading! Coaching will support you to develop a deeper connection to yourself and your values. It will also open up for you a clearer and more authentic path on how best it is you can serve yourself and others.

Some considerations when choosing a coach, from Julie Parker, Founder of Beautiful You Coaching Academy, Mentor, Priestess, Counsellor

  • What level of generosity do you see from them?

  • How do you see them engage with people? Is it with love, connection, respect?

  • Are their values & ethics clear? Are you inspired by what they believe in, stand up for & how they live?

  • How do they celebrate & acknowledge their clients? With the marketed belief that what they achieve is due to them, or with the knowledge they are not responsible for what their clients achieve?

  • Do they speak about & offer inspiration in the vital importance of things in business like joy, balance, creativity, connection, giving, expression?

 How Coaching Works

Let’s connect. Make a time for an initial 15 minute consultation to discuss what you are looking for from coaching and let’s see if we’re a good fit.

Our first session sets the scene for our coaching relationship. We will dive straight in and gain clarity around what you are wanting to achieve from our work together.

We work together to set heart-centred, meaningful and realistic goals that reflect your values and what you want to achieve in our three months.

The goals we set during the first session keep us on track and provide a point to refer back to measure your growth and progress. From these goals we also identify clear actions that help you to keep moving forward.

Our subsequent sessions are bi-weekly for three months. During this time we work towards achieving your goals through building skills, developing strategies, busting through blocks and listening to your whole self.
